The Veterans Memorial Wall is an exciting new project to honor all of Lock Haven University alumni and emeriti who have served in the Armed Forces. It will be an integral part of the new Commons Area on campus. For those unfamiliar with the Commons Area, it will be a central green space on campus for students, faculty, staff and the community to enjoy. This wall will serve as a place to reflect and remember the sacrifices that have been made, and continue to be made to protect our freedom by our heroic service men and women.

Veterans Memorial Wall Meetings:
February 12, 2016
March 11, 2016
The committee is comprised of excited, knowledgeable and qualified individuals that look forward to seeing this project through to completion. Currently there is a tentative timeline arranged to keep the committee and the memorial wall construction on track. The committee has made the final decisions on the design of the wall and the atmosphere surrounding the wall. Although there is no date set, we hope to have a ground breaking ceremony before construction begins this summer. The committee wants to thank everyone who has responded to the Veteran’s Memorial Wall letter and for your service to our country. Stay tuned for more information!!
