1)      How do I get a copy of my transcript?

If you would like an official copy of your LHU Transcript, you may call the Office of the Registrar at (570) 484-2006 or obtain the forms and information about associated fees by clicking here. 

2)      As a Lock Haven alumnus, what benefits am I entitled to?

As a graduate of LHU, there are many benefits that exist for you to take advantage of.  The alumni association has partnered with Liberty Mutual, Long-Term Care, GradMed, and Capital One.  For a full list with contact information please visit the Benefits pagein the Crimson Corner.  

3)      How do I get in touch with a fellow classmate?

There are two ways to make contact with another graduate.  By accessing the Crimson Corner you can search for a person and then send them a message.  You can also contact the office and we can notify them that you are trying to get in touch.  Due to federal regulations, we are not able to provide you with direct contact information. 

4)      How can I get or give career advice?

You can contact Career Services at (570) 484-2181 or via email at www.lhup.edu/career.  The alumni office is also looking for volunteers who would be willing to host a webinar or conference call on any subject that may benefit other alumni.  Please contact the alumni office at (570) 484-2586 or lhualum@lhup.edu for more details.

5)      How do I know who is attending LHU events?

All alumni events are listed on the Events page.  Each event has an attendee list that states who has already registered and can be found by clicking on that event.

6)      How do I get my ID number to log in to the Crimson Corner?

8)      What ways can I connect with the Alumni Association?

You can connect with the alumni association through numerous sources.  The Haven magazine is published twice a year, broadcast emails go out monthly, the Latest Headlines section on our homepage posts press releases, and the Lock Haven University Alumni Association page gets updated almost daily.

9)      How do I put a class note in The Haven magazine?

You may email your note to the alumni office at lhualum@lhup.edu or you can log on to the Online Community and post it to the class notes section in your profile.  All class notes posted in the Online Community are printed in The Haven magazine.

10)  How can I become an alumni mentor?

The Alumni Association, in conjunction with Career Services, is always looking for alumni who are willing to be mentors to current students.  This includes both everyday support as well as being able to offer internship experiences.  Please contact the alumni office at (570) 484-2586 or Career Services at (570) 484-2181 if you are interested.

11)  What is an alumni ambassador?

The alumni ambassador program was started in 1997 as an opportunity for dedicated alumni and friends to help the Office of Admissions recruit students for Lock Haven University.  Ambassadors help out at college fairs and mail information to prospective students.

13)  How can I help plan my class reunion?

If you would like to take a leadership role in helping to plan your upcoming reunion, please contact the Alumni Relations office at (570) 484-2586 or via email at lhualum@lhup.edu.  50th Year Reunions are held over the summer months.

14)  May I rent the Durrwachter Alumni Conference Center?

16)  How can I get a Lock Haven University License Plate?

If you would like to purchase an LHU license plate please contact the alumni office to request an application.  The fee is $30 and includes the application fee plus a processing fee that covers postage and other charges incurred by the alumni office.

17)  I am interested in becoming a volunteer member of the Alumni Association Board of Directors

The Alumni Board of Directors officially meets twice a year with subcommittees meeting throughout the year, often via conference calls.  We are always looking for volunteers that would be interested in serving their Alma Mater in this capacity.  Please contact the alumni office if you are interested
